Charlotte Leota Cranford was born on October 29, 1937, the daughter of Earnest A. and Evelyn L. (Anderson) Palmer in Iowa.

Charlotte passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Odebolt Specialty Care at the age of 87 years, six months and 29 days.

Her graveside service will be held by the family at a later date at the Deloit Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.
