Jack Leon Smith Jr.

Jack Leon Smith Jr., was born on July 30, 1975, in Augusta, Georgia. He passed away on October 30, 2023, at his home in Denison, at the age of 48. He will forever be remembered as a devoted father, son, brother, uncle, and friend.

He is survived by his two daughters: Jessica Smith of Fremont, NE; and Jennifer Smith of Tekamah, NE; parents, Jack Sr. and Charlotte Smith of Manilla; siblings: Tina Smith of Council Bluffs; Jason (Julie) Smith of Sheldon; Brenda (Mike) Borosko of Manilla; Donis (Mike) Bosworth of Austin, TX; Joshua Smith of Carroll; Jacob (Allie) Smith of Manilla; and Kelsie Smith of Manilla; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In honoring Jack's wishes, he will be cremated and a service will be at a later date.
